About Us

The Cardell Group is a minority owned consulting firm delivering professional, leadership and organization development for businesses, non-profits, and governmental organizations. For the last 15 years, we have partnered with a range of client organizations to deliver tailor-made solutions and programs in leadership development, team training, and organizational change. We work with all levels at our clients delivering skills training, motivational speaking, communications support, and leadership/team coaching needed for the business improvement and major organization transformations.
The Cardell Group has assembled a team of consultants with a range in business, leadership and program experience and needed skills for leadership, team, and organizational success. Meagan McDougall, MPA is the Executive Assistant and Project Management Assistant of The Cardell Group. She focuses on driving and supporting organizational efficacy and project excellence with a range of clients across different business sectors. Meagan has 3+ years of experience managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements of Senior Executives and is an organized, self-motivated project manager. She obtained her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy & Leadership from the University of Virginia.
